    Challenge:

    Our client needed to increase the acquisition of new clients for its post-paid mobile product, exploring “Open Sea” external bases.

    Solution:

    Through the generation of leads and the development of predictive socio-economic, demographic and consumption algorithms, we identified opportunities – consumers who could be interested in the post-paid product. With these insights, we designed an implementation strategy combined with different operational practices for the solution, creating a relevant purchase experience for the prospect.

    A 34% increase (averaged over the last 5 months) in client volume through the Omnichannel Analytics solution, compared with results prior to the implementation of the solution. Important insights were also identified in the socioeconomic, demographic and behavioral profile of the leads involved, which made it possible to intensify the growth tendency in the results.
