Renata Guilherme Freitas is COO. With more than 15 years in the field, she has vast experience in service model transformation.
She previously worked for Atento Brazil and CSU, where she spearheaded successful projects for companies such as iFood, Hyundai, Via Varejo, Itaú, BNP Paribas, Santander and Banco Do Nordeste, among others.
She has received numerous prizes throughout her career, and was recently awarded the Premio Clientes SA 2020 for the “Robot for BackOffice N1” case. Among other achievements, she restructured all outbound operations for Itaú bank, resulting in a 30% increase in productivity.
Renata holds a law degree from Universidad Uninove.
