Ludiane Lima has 15 years of experience and is graduated in HR Management and Marketing. She worked in T&D and A&S at CSU, recruiting and training major brands such as Natura, iFood, Claro, Sicredi, Ticket Endered, and Volkswagen. During her time at CSU, she made significant contributions to Training and Selection, earning market recognition with Smart and ABT awards. In 2023, she took on the role of Training and Quality Manager at Action, where she has been applying her acquired knowledge to drive results and develop the most important asset, people. She has always sought innovation and purpose in her career, continuously improving to contribute significantly, completing courses such as Methodology and Didactics, Leadership, Andragogy, Facilitating Social Connections in Companies, Learning Theories, Quality Methodologies, Applied AI, and Competency Management.
