Challenge
Our challenge was to increase the number of enrolled students for a client in the education sector. In the attention economy, it’s not enough just to sell: you need to understand who the person is, how they behave, and identify the right moment to communicate without overwhelming them with messages. Mapping the journey, we noticed many students were “stuck” in the enrollment process. Our goal became to bring them back and guide them all the way to enrollment completion.

Solution
We created RPAs that monitor and encourage students at each stage of the journey. If they were at the payment stage, the RPAs generated the link and reminded them of every step they needed to complete. After the purchase, we could guide each stage of the process to support the student until the end, without bombarding them with messages, making sure no one got lost along the way.
Results
The results were clear: we went from 35% to 73% enrollment rate compared to purchase intentions. This jump was made possible thanks to RPAs and careful follow-up of each student, showing that understanding the person and acting at the right moment makes all the difference.
