Challenge
Increase the volumes of mobile postpaid clients, exploring their own prepaid client portfolio.
We developed an array of predictive behavioral, socioeconomic and demographic algorithms, to understand the leads’ acceptance of the postpaid product and design the relationship strategy.
Solution
We leveraged an already installed Call Center operation and a digital omnichannel solution. Finally, we combined it with different operational practices, making each contact efficient.
Results
35% increase (averaged over the last 5 months) in the volume of migrated clients, compared to the results prior to the implementation of the solution. Important insights were also identified on the socioeconomic, demographic and behavioral profiles of the leads involved, which allowed us to intensify the growing trend of the results.
