Throughout his career, he has gained experience and capability in roles such as Superintendent of Operations & Planning, General Manager, Operations and Projects Manager, and Digital Media Manager, always working with and forming teams of excellence and high performance through strong leadership and presence with the team. As a management model, he always seeks to base his approach on "leadership by example," including the goal of working together. He believes the best training model is "Learning by Doing."
