She has experience in leading new projects, implementations, creating workflows, leadership, personal and professional development, data and behavior analysis, and is also a specialist in operational growth, attracting new talents, and developing projects and systems that promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement. She holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
