Thalita Rocha is a specialist in People Management, with a degree in Human Resources Management and Medical Radiology. Throughout her career, Thalita has stood out for implementing the Human and Organizational Development (DHO) area at Actionline, where she also managed the company's first corporate university with the goal of developing the company's employees and positively impacting the organizational climate and, consequently, the results. Currently, as People Manager, she is responsible for talent attraction and retention, internal and external communication management, and coordination of social media strategies. Thalita has experience in over 30 new client implementations, specializing in profile analysis, cycle mapping, and mass hiring delivery in a short period, always focused on sustainable results and detailed team monitoring.
