Challenge
We faced the challenge of increasing the number of enrolled students for our client in the education sector. We identified that a large portion of unenrolled students were stuck in the pipeline, so our goal became to retrieve them and guide them through to enrollment.
Increase in enrollment conversion through the creation of RPA’s and end-to-end tracking of the enrollment process.
Solution
We created RPAs that accompany and encourage the student at each stage of the pipeline; if in the payment stage, it generated a link and reminded them of each stage they were in. This way, after purchase, we directed each step of the process to the end customer to support them.
Results
We went from 35% to 73% in the enrollment rate compared to purchase intentions. This significant increase of 109% is due to the implementation of RPAs, which optimized student tracking throughout the enrollment process.
