Challenge
For our client in the food and beverage sector, our challenge was to increase operational productivity to meet the requested demands while maintaining the quality we already provided and the low ABS levels.
We increased our operational productivity and maintained our quality level at 96.67% and our ABS level at 0.70%.
Solution
We used the review and optimization of existing processes as an initial strategy. Then, we initiated internal actions for individual and group monitoring of the operation, along with providing feedback to the team to align the next steps and implement motivation and recognition initiatives.
Results
As a result, we achieved a 74% increase in our productivity level, maintaining our ABS average at 0.70% and quality at 99.67%, as requested by our client.
